Skyline remains undefeated in District 9-5A play, as one of the hottest teams around after beating Lake Highlands at home, 70-41, and sweeping the season series.
The Lady Red Raiders rallied in the first half against the Lady Wildcats jumping out to a 44-14 lead in the first half. Lake Highlands won the second half 27-26, but was unable to overcome the first half score.
With the loss, Lake Highlands falls to 2-5 in district play, and remains one game behind Sunset for the final spot in the playoffs.
Lake Highlands has three games left to make a playoff push and faces second place Richardson at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
