In this month’s Advocate, we suggested Central Market as one of a handful of places that is a great go-to for all your Thanksgiving needs. (I will most likely be buying a couple of Central Market side dishes as my contribution to this year’s Thanksgiving dinner, and my family will thank me for it.)

The foodie grocery store goes into high gear around the holidays, but it’s not just to make sure folks like me are taken care of. The store’s annual Feast of Sharing is tomorrow at Fair Park in the automobile building from 2-7 p.m.. It will take more than 1,000 volunteers to feed an estimated 8,000 people.
