Bob — you remember Bob, right? — is making a name for himself outside the neighborhood. The movie, “His Name is Bob”, gave us a glimpse into the heart and mind of a well-known neighborhood character, Robert Crawford, known to most as Bob. But now Bob is gaining more widespread fame: The movie won Best Feature Film at the Fall Indie Fest in Grand Prairie, was an Official Selection for the Vistas Film Festival in Dallas, and will be screening soon at the Red Rock Film Festival in Utah.

The Vistas Film Festival screening will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Angelika in Dallas. You can get tickets here.

The Red Rock Film Festival and Marketplace screening times have yet to be announced, but the festival is in Zion Park, Utah, from Nov. 11-14.
Being a part of Red Rock is a big deal, the directors say, and they hope some of you traveling types might be able to make it out.

“We are very proud to be included in Red Rock, as it is one of the best festivals in the U.S. So, if you are going to be in the Las Vegas area between Nov. 11 and 14, check out the festival. It is only 90 miles east of Las Vegas. The landscape alone is breathtaking.”
