If you can’t make it to LHHS graduation this Sunday, you can view the event over the internet via live streaming video for the first time. All four RISD high schools will be featured, but the LH graduation (and broadcast) begins at 5 pm Sunday. There is no fee or access code required.
Of course, you can always come to the Garland Special Events Center, 4999 Naaman Forest Boulevard, to hear the speeches and see the flying mortar boards yourself. Tickets are free but limited, so email Senior Assistant Principal Michelle King to get yours. Oh, and you may not be shocked to see “pets, air horns, weapons and fireworks” on the Do Not Bring list, but you should note that flowers, gift bags, posters and tripods are also strictly forbidden.
