Last week on the blog, we discussed the Dallas Housing Authority’s intended termination of worship services provided by Lake Highlands Methodist Church at one of DHA’s public housing projects; as you know, the termination was later rescinded after city councilman Jerry Allen and U.S. Rep. Jeb Hensarling became involved. Today’s DMN features a column by James Ragland talking with Russ about the flawed decision-making process, among other things.
