Anyone who saw Cameron Johnson play for Lake Highlands a few years ago knew he could be a special basketball player. Johnson lived up to that and more with a 34-point, 10-rebound performance recently playing for Texas State.
Johnson’s performance earned him a DFW Pipeline mention in the local daily. Johnson averaged 19 points and 9 rebounds as a senior at LH, playing on a great team alongside fellow twin tower Cortney Dunn, who’s now at Boston College. Johnson also played in the TABC All-Star game after his senior year.
