The LHHS PTA will host a parent education seminar tonight in the school library to help high school parents learn how to assist their students in preparing for college. The session will be led by Dr. Brenda Prine, director of the LHHS College and Career Center.

Dr. Prine, whose children Andrew, Hilary and Preston are LHHS grads, will cover topics such as entrance exams, interest assessment, admissions and scholarship applications. She’ll help parents determine whether they are on track, sharing benchmarks for each grade level from freshman to senior.
