It’s time for the Holiday in the Highlands Home Tour, and there are a few other things going on this weekend too …
The City of Dallas Parks and Recreation department is hosting a citywide event — Winterfest 2009 —Saturday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Norbuck Park. Enjoy crafts (if we’re lucky, some from our cover story sweethearts), live entertainment, carriage rides, tree lighting and photos with Santa. Christmas in the Park, Lake Highlands North Park, is Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Enjoy live music and crafts.
Another spot to grab great gifts from 30 different vendors — maybe even some from our featured designers — is at the St. Bernard Winter Art Fest, Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
