It’s official: Lake Highlands is a Top 10 football team. The Wildcats are No. 9, in fact, in the latest Dallas Morning News area poll.
In TheOldCoach.com poll, the other significant are ranking, the Wildcats are No. 11. But TheOldCoach.com includes Tyler John Tyler and Abilene in its "DFW Metroplex" rankings because they share districts with area schools.
If you adjusted TheOldCoach.com rankings for teams that are actually in the D-FW area, LH would be No. 9 in that poll as well.
