We told you last week that the real estate company that owns Royal Highlands Plaza at the northeast corner of Skillman and Royal is still searching for tenants to fill their vacancies.
Well, it seems that John Bowles Company, the commercial real estate company that owns Plaza Bank Center on the other side of Tom Thumb, is having more luck. "We are working on about 6 new tenants for Plaza Bank Center," Charles Williams at JBC said.
He also said he was told Zato, a new Thai cuisine and sushi bar restaurant, will be opening sometime this month. Driving by, the restaurant appears to be near completion with a big sign that boasts, "coming soon."
