The Incredible Hulk came
out in theaters this past weekend, and a friend who is a fan of the mean green smasher joined me. The movie is very entertaining with a decent amount of smashing and destruction for all Hulk fans. Unlike other re-makes of The Hulk, this movie followed the original story line very well from how scientist Bruce Banner became The Hulk to his battles with the military and rival monsters in his search for a non-existent cure.
For loyal fans, there were several guest star surprises like the original Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno; Stan Lee; the comic author of Marvel Comics (such as your friendly neighborhood SpiderMan, X-Men and Iron Man); and even a crossover of Tony Stark from the recently released film Iron Man. Although newbies to the Hulk story may not be able to catch all of these insider details, it’s still a good movie for first-timers like myself.
