Sessions, who represents much of our publication area, was at a grocery store in Arlington yesterday with three GOP House colleagues to push their energy plan. That’s Sessions, on the far right in the video (at the one-minute mark or so), appearing with Joe Barton, Kay Granger, Michael Burgess.
Barton was especially enthusiastic about coal gasification, which he said could cut gas prices in half. Sessions favors drilling for oil in Alaska, more nuclear, streamlining regulation for new oil refineries, and increased tax credits for home solar and fuel cells.
