Every morning from 8-10 a.m., Water Works Auto Spa on Northwest Highway east of Abrams offers its $6 basic, 3-minute car wash for $4. I’ve had good experiences with it — doesn’t leave my car too spotty, gets the job done, and for $4 and 3 minutes, it’s not too hard on my wallet or my time.
The only downside is the westbound traffic on Northwest Highway during the 8-9 a.m. hour. Unless you’re going with that flow, it’s hard to turn into Water Works.
