I’d like to share a lovely note I received from some very lovely folks – Ben and Mildred, the young couple married over 50 years featured in the February issue.
"JJ, just want to thank you for giving our name to the Advocate workers as we’ve heard from so many people who we had not been in contact with for years. It’s nice to know someone thinks of you by phone calls, notes or in person! Ben and I had some copies made to send some."
You ‘workers’ made these good folks feel special and helped them reconnect with old friends. What better story is there than that?
