On Monday February 11th at 7:00pm at the Lake Highlands Freshman Center Auditorium, a group of Lake Highland school PTA’s will jointly host what should be a stimulating program – "The Giggle and Braid Hair Society meets The Burp-the-Alphabet Club: Understanding Gender Differences."

Speaker Kathleen Fischer will discuss that while every boy and girl is an individual, recent brain studies indicate that from the very beginning, males and females perceive and interact with their worlds differently. This offering presents basics on gender differences and how they impact parenting.

Hosted by the PTA’s of Forest Meadow Junior High, Lake Highlands Freshman Center, and Lake Highlands Junior High, the evening promises to be an enjoyable discussion of attempting to understand and appreciate the differences in boys and girls.

This is a free program and is intended for adults. The Lake Highlands Freshman Center Auditorium is located at 10200 White Rock Trail. If you have any questions, please contact Becky Paterik, VP Programs for Forest Meadow Junior High, paterikr@swbell.net or 214-341-4294.
