Seems the staff at Lake Highlands Elementary likes to hob knob with celebrities. In September the school principal was hanging out on Hollywood’s Red Carpet while attending the Emmys.
October 1st found LHE 5th grade teacher Susan Trice on the other coast, The Big Apple. As a combination 18th Birthday and Graduation gift for her daughter Katherine, the two took a Mother/Daughter trip to New York City. While walking in Times Square, the girls stopped to grab a bite near the Ed Sullivan Theater. Just so happens it was the ‘Hello Deli’, owned and operated by David Letterman’s good friend Rupert Jee.
