“It gave me the opportunity to create something that made people happy,” Hall says.

Over the years, the business has received its share of honors, including numerous awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the NARI of Greater Dallas. These awards have included being named National Contractor of the Year and Professional Remodeler of the Year by the Dallas chapter.

Hall was also designated one of the remodeling industry’s top 50 national achievers in 1995 when Remodeling magazine named him to the Big 50 at its conference.

Such recognition is gratifying. But success, he says, is easier to measure by “most of your business coming from repeat customers and referrals from previous clients.”

Hall’s civic and professional activities include serving on the White Rock YMCA Board of Directors, Lake Highlands Exchange Club and Dallas Private Industry Council. He also has served as president of the Remodelers Council of the Dallas Home and Apartment Builders Association and of the NARI of Greater Dallas.

Hall has been married for 33 years to Nancy Hall, his college sweetheart. They have two daughters, Michele and Kelly.
