As if Fridays didn’t generate enough joy all on their own, The Cake Ball Company at Northwest Highway and Easton is sweetening our favorite day of the week even more by offering $1 cake balls from 3:00-5:30 p.m every Friday until August 30.
The bake shop is celebrating its 7th year in business summer, and is owned and operated by Lake Highlands’ Robin Ankeny. The concept for the treat came from Ankeny’s mother, and has evolved from a dessert Ankeny made for her friends to a national trend, and now- a Lake Highlands staple.
