The Lake Highlands High School PTA has teamed up with the LHHS College and Career Center to present “Road Map to College,” a program to help parents prepare their student for higher education. Topics will include promoting college awareness with your child, creating an eye-catching resume, and applying for financial aid.
Director of the Center, Dr. Brenda Prine, will be a presenter along with lead LHHS counselor Pam Mitchell. They’ll have tips for what your student should be doing during each of his four years in high school.
The program is open to all LH parents and will be held tonight at 7:30 pm in the LHHS library.
