A parent-organized parade to celebrate the 2020 graduates of Lake Highlands High School snaked down Church Road Sunday night, with parents, grandparents and community members honking car horns and waving signs. About 200 students registered for the event, and hundreds of supporters cheered from cars. The procession took almost two hours, and cars were lined up throughout the A-B-C streets around Northlake Elementary.

Many attendees, including moms from the junior class who showed up to pitch in, said they hope the event becomes a neighborhood tradition.
