Everwood Apartments
Dallas Fire and Rescue pulled a dead body from the Jackson Branch of White Rock Creek Sunday afternoon just behind the Everwood Apartments. The Skillman Street apartment homes are just steps from the Lake Highlands Town Center.
Police say they received a call just before 3 p.m. from a person who reported spotting a body in the water. Distressed residents nearby shared on Nextdoor.com that they witnessed the body being recovered.
DPD is investigating, and we’ll share more as details become available.
