Kregg Jodie, Scott Johnson, Wes Bowen and Rob Reed at the Cat Classic
Registration is now open for the Wildcat Club’s annual Cat Classic Golf tournament June 5th at Canyon Creek Country Club, and you can sign up to play or become a sponsor online here. Coaches from all Lake Highlands High School sports traditionally participate, relaxing and interacting with parent players and volunteers. Students from the golf team also show up to share a few pointers.
Proceeds will be used to support athletic programs at LHHS, LHJH and Forest Meadow, bridging the gap between what RISD provides and what students need to be competitive and successful. In previous years, funds have been used for uniforms, field upgrades, posters, practice equipment and signage.
Lunch and registration begin at 11:30 with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. The 4-man scramble costs $125 per golfer, and prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Longest Drive, Closest to the Hole and Last Place.
Go Cats!
