Expect some tears of joy and gratitude at the Lady Wildcats softball game Friday night, and maybe even a grand slam or no-hitter. Lake Highlands takes on district rival J.J. Pearce and welcomes their favorite faculty members for Teacher Appreciation Night. At their last home game against Richardson High on March 9th, the Cats won 19-0, with Lydia Biles pitching a no-hitter and Lilliana Everett hitting a grand slam.
The JV plays at 5 and the varsity goes on at 7. You can view the team’s roster here and their season schedule here.
