Allyn Willis

Lake Highlands High School sophomore Allyn Willis has earned a spot on three All-American Shooting Teams, and she has her eyes on the final prize – qualifying for the USA Team. First, though, she’ll compete in May with the Texas All State Sporting Clays Team. Then it’s on to nationals, where the top four shooters on each of her three squads make Team USA and travel to France over the summer.

Willis took up shooting during her eighth-grade year and earned seven national awards, including six for first place.

Oh, and look for Allyn in coming months behind the counter of her mom’s new restaurant, RM 12:20 Bistro at Lake Ridge Village.

Congratulations Allyn!
