The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands will host a District 10 City Council Candidate forum Tuesday, April 21 moderated by Rudy Bush of the Dallas Morning News. Bush, DMN’s editorial writer, will serve up questions previously submitted by ECLH members covering a wide range of topics and issues.
The format was provided in advance to all participants, and the questions are known only to Mr. Bush.
The three candidates, Adam McGough, Paul Reyes and James White, are seeking to succeed Jerry Allen in representing Lake Highlands at City Hall. The election will be held May 9, and early voting begins April 27.
The forum is open to the public and will be held at Knights of Columbus Hall, 10110 Shoreview. The event begins at 7 p.m.

Blogger CAROL TOLER and her husband, Toby, are the parents of four LHHS graduates. She has an MBA from SMU and is the proud recipient of the Exchange Club of LH's Unsung Hero Award and Councilman McGough's Blake Anderson Public Service Award. She received LHHS PTA's Extended Service Award, FMJH PTA's Charger Award and a Life Membership from the LHFC PTA. She has moderated candidate debates for Dallas Mayor, Dallas City Council and RISD Trustee races and taught seminars on garnering publicity for nonprofits. She completed training with Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation and Inside RISD, and she's a sustaining member of LH Women's League.
