Espree celebrates 35 years
To celebrate their 35th anniversary, Espree wants to fill the Lake Highlands High School auditorium at this year’s show with 35 years of Espree alums and Espree lovers. It won’t be difficult. Espree has been recruiting Lake Highlands’ most talented youth and delighting audiences since long before TV’s Glee made pop choir cool.
Espree’s big production, featuring live band and dance choreography, will be held Friday and Saturday February 27 and 28 at 7 p.m. They’ll perform popular songs from the past 35 years, and it’s likely Espree alums will recognize crowd pleasers they sang at shows gone by.
Tickets are $12 for reserved seats, $10 for general admission and $5 for students. Espree alumni will be special guests in a reserved seating section. Tickets may be purchased at the door or by calling 214-503-7166.
