LH area choirs
Lake Highlands area choirs will collaborate to perform their annual fall concert Monday, October 20. The event will be the first performance of the year for most of the ensembles.
“Each choir will give just a sample of the songs that we have been working on to begin our singing together this school year,” said Kari Gilbertson, director of LHHS’ choir department. “And, as always, we will end with our moving and patriotic mass choir performing God Bless America.”
The show will feature students from Forest Meadow, LHJH, LHFC and LHHS.
“The choirs are so excited to share what they’ve been working on and ready to move on to our holiday repertoire for the next concert,” said Gilbertson.
The curtain goes up in the LHHS auditorium at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free.
