The Boneyard will be abuzz with activity Saturday evening, as the annual Red White Game brings football back to Lake Highlands. Before the spring game gets started, graduating seniors will be introduced wearing college tees for the schools they’ll be attending. It’s also the farewell game for departing cheerleaders, drill team, band members and Bell Boys, who’ll pass the baton to 2013-14 varsity squads.
The Wildcats’ new slogan, “Can’t Break the Family,” will be unveiled, and new captains Brock Jones, Carter Bodell, Thomas Thornton, Sam Iheke, and Tyler Hughes will be introduced.
The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands will host their annual Hot Dog Roast after the game, and perfect football weather is expected – 70 degrees and sunshine skies.
Kickoff is at 5 p.m. Go Cats!
