The local Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation will be the featured charity as runners take to White Rock Lake Saturday morning for Dallas Running Club’s Breakfast Bash 5-mile race. Awards will go to top finishers in a variety of categories and age groups, and runners will finish up with a free breakfast ($5 for non-DRC-members, including spectators). DRC will also have merchandise for sale, kids’ crafts and a 1K race after the big event so that parents can cheer on their budding athletes.

The action begins at 7am with registration and bib pickup at Winfrey Point. The shotgun start is at 8 nearby, and the 1K race kicks off at 9. More details about the day are available on the DRC website here.
