Whether you’re a sophisticated patron of the Dallas performing arts scene or a fan of the hit Fox TV show Glee or just a supporter of whatever the kids in the community are doing this week, you won’t want to miss the Espree show this weekend.

Espree is the high-energy, family-friendly, pop-music Glee Club at Lake Highlands High School, and this year’s group is particularly talented. They’re backed by a live band and a dedicated team of Schuester-esque choir directors, and this is their chance to bring their favorite pop songs to life.

Local TV station Fox 4 has taken a shine to Espree and had them record their “Good Day” theme song to promote their morning show. Don’t tell anyone, but they’ll be sending a camera crew to Saturday night’s show to film Espree singing Good Day as an encore. Here’s your chance to be in an audience shot of a concert video.

The show runs Friday and Saturday, March 4 and 5 in the LHHS auditorium. Tickets are available from Espree members and their parents for $10 each, or you can buy them at the door for $12 (students and seniors get in for $5).
