Congratulations to Lake Highlands High School seniors Emily Dawson and Roman Milan for earning National Merit Semifinalist honors. Both students scored high enough on the PSAT test to be recognized among the top one percent in the nation.

RISD had 12 seniors make the cut, and all will move along in the competition as they take the SAT this fall. “These outstanding students deserve congratulations for a job well done,” praised Dr. Kay Waggoner, RISD Superintendent. “The district is proud of them.”
