District 13 will receive $850,000 in federal Community Project Funding for the Hemlock Avenue Safe Streets Enhancements project in the Midtown and Vickery Meadow area.
Secured through Congresswoman Julie Johnson, the funding will support critical infrastructure upgrades, including new sidewalks, safer pedestrian crossings, enhanced lighting and improved traffic signals.
