Hendy’s on Henderson, known for its slogan, “Always in Good Company,” has just launched its newest spring menu.
The pink-and-green themed restaurant and bar updated its offerings to include elevated comfort dishes, lighter seasonal options and customizable bowls.
Guests can choose from a mix of shareables, sandwiches, seafood, and customizable bowls, which reflect the culinary influences of Chef Peja Krstic and Executive Chef Fares Hussein.
New menu items include Crispy Agnolotti ($12), a Lobster Roll ($26), a Club Sandwich ($16), a Prosciutto Caprese Sandwich ($16), Branzino ($25), Poke Bowls ($22) and Seasonal Bowls ($20).
The additions allow guests to tailor their dining experience depending on the occasion.
“Our approach to the Spring Menu was rooted in taking dishes people already know and love and elevating them through technique, ingredient quality, and thoughtful detail,” said Chef Fares Hussein.
The spring menu is available during brunch and dinner service.
