The Lupners wouldn’t divulge the identity of the special guest headed for their upcoming show, even to their biggest fans here at the Advocate. Could it be a featured vocalist? Maybe a friend from the North Pole? No matter. We’ll find out for ourselves when the band rocks the house at 3 Nations Brewing in historic downtown Carrollton Dec. 10.

3 Nations, owned and frequented by a collection of Lake Highlands families and named for traditional brewing methods from Germany, Belgium and England, is a taproom and Biergarten with seating inside and out. The Lupners will play from 6 to 9 p.m., and Lupnerheads should dress for cool weather and hot tunes.

You’ll find 3 Nations’ food menu here, including burgers, wings and brats. Their beer menu, including the Sucker Punch, Orange Creamsicle and Mango Smash, is here.

3 Nations is open from noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, and the large outdoor patio is kid and pet friendly. The taproom is at 1033 E. Vandergriff Drive.
