The Village Dallas is expanding its hospitality offerings with Terraces at The Drey, a new boutique hotel experience set to open in summer 2026.
The project will expand The Drey Hotel through the adaptive reuse of an existing building, adding 47 guest rooms and bringing the total to 100.
Jon Gray, managing director at The Village Dallas, said the project builds on the success of the existing hotel.
“We’re reimagining an existing structure,” Gray said. “Our team was able to lean into unique room configurations, larger suites and meaningful connections to the outdoors. This project is about building on what’s already working at The Drey.”
Building on the hotel’s nature-inspired identity, Terraces at The Drey will feature private terraces, abundant greenery and wood-forward interiors. Select suites will include open-air spaces designed for private gatherings, with some accommodating up to 100 guests.
The hotel will also offer indoor-outdoor event spaces for 50 to 75 people, along with access to The Village’s broader amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness center, co-working spaces, dining and miles of walking trails. The property will also be pet-friendly.
Terraces at The Drey is expected to open in summer 2026 at 5625 Village Glen Drive in Dallas.
