The L. L. Hotchkiss Elementary PTA will host “Hawks Night Out,” the association’s first annual auction and raffle event, on Saturday, April 18.
The PTA is asking families and community members to support ongoing fundraising efforts aimed at sustaining student programs and campus resources.
This year, the association’s goal is to raise $20,000 to support programs benefiting Hotchkiss students. Planned allocations include $10,000 for field trips, $6,500 for the Hotchkiss Garden Project and $3,500 for after-school enrichment programs.
The event will be held at Waters Edge Winery & Bistro Dallas from 7 to 9 p.m.
The online silent auction is now live and open to the public. Items up for bid include contributions from local businesses such as Cheeky Monkeys Casa Linda, B+S Dessert, Froggie’s 5 & 10 and White Rock Coffee, among other.
Tickets cost $25 per person and include small bites and drink tickets. The event is adult-only.
