Starting at 7 p.m. on Dec. 15, Vector will host the dinner with Priory, a beer dinner pop-up concept. The Japanese-inspired dinner will celebrate the release of a limited edition saison produced by brewers from both outfits. Tickets are available for $99.

Priory has hosted beer dinners in the past, including its first event earlier this year at Fort Worth’s Southside Cellar. However, the Vector event will be Priory’s first dinner celebrating a sudsy collaboration between the pop-up and its host. The cause for celebration? Seko, a dry-hopped saison brewed with togarashi, fresh ginger, mirin, and toasted rice, will bring a ”balance of heat, umami, and fermentation” to the offering.

The full menu with beer pairings for the event is as follows:

  1. Kale salad with Cucumber Sake Cocktail
  2. Congee with Hefe Hefeweizen
  3. Bao bun Trio with Murphy’s Law Ghanta Curry West Coast IPA
  4. Tri-tip steak tartare with Tmavé Pivo 13º Czech-style dark lager
  5. Chicken thigh sandwich with Mountain Child German-style pilsner
  6. Ahi tuna Sando with Priory Seko Japanese-inspired dry hopped saison
  7. Milk bread cinnamon roll with Quadruple Jeopardy double barrel-aged Belgian-style quadruple

The taproom will be closed to the public and non-ticketholders for the event (Vector is normally closed on Sundays, so no big change there. Each attendee will also get a raffle ticket for the chance to win special edition Priory gear.
