Dallas Police recently confiscated illegal narcotics and made felony arrests while executing a warrant on Park Lane.
According to police, DPD executed a search warrant in the 8500 block of Park Lane in March. The search resulted in the confiscation of an array of illegal narcotics packaged for sale and a firearm, police say.
The warrant was part of an investigation that began in 2024 in the 4900 block of East Side Avenue. A search warrant was executed as a result of the investigation, which led police to identify the Park Lane address and another location in the 4900 block of East Side Avenue as venues for the storing and selling of illegal narcotics, police say.
Police say a search warrant was executed at the East Side Avenue location around the same time as the raid on Park Lane, which also resulted in the seizure of firearms, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia.
The warrants led to the arrests of three individuals: 32-year-old Christopher Springfield, 31-year-old Saray Portillo and 40-year old Jaime Solorzano. Springfield and Solarzono are facing felony charges related to the manufacture/delivery of illegal narcotics, while Portillo faces a third-degree felony charge of tampering with or fabricating evidence.
The investigation led to the seizure of 408.9 grams of cocaine, 263.8 grams of methamphetamine, 21.6 grams of fentanyl, 5.8 grams of oxycodone, 1.5 grams of heroin, and 43.8 grams of marijuana. The amount seized at each location was not specified. Multiple cell phones, $7,171 in U.S. currency and five firearms were also confiscated, police say.
