Christmas Day is in exactly two weeks, and if you’re looking to save yourself some trouble this holiday season, a few local restaurants have rolled out special catering menus.
Strouderosa BBQ and One90 Smoked Meats are offering full holiday menus as usual. Cane Rosso is selling pans of one of its customer favorites, and a local taqueria has tamales available for call-ins.
Strouderosa BBQ

Strouderosa hasn’t missed a holiday since Matt and Trisha Stroud started the business from their home kitchen in 2020. This year, the local barbecue joint’s Christmas/Hanukkah menu is headlined by smoked proteins like sliced turkey breast, whole smoked turkeys and prime rib, which comes with au jus and creamy horseradish.
Herb roasted stuffing and green bean casserole can be ordered to serve 4-6 or 12-15 people. Other side options include au gratin potatoes, 32 ounces of candied carrots and buttered rolls. 32 ounces of brown gravy can be purchased for $9.
Neighbors can also place orders for New Year’s. Black-eyed peas and greens with bacon are available for order in 32 ounce portions, as well as sweet corn bread for $12.
Food will be cooked beforehand and will come with reheating instructions. The cutoff for Christmas/ Hanukkah orders is Dec. 19 and pickup is on Dec. 24. New Year’s orders must be placed by Dec. 26 and pickup is on Dec. 31.
