Painting faces
Neighborhood Police Officers (NPOs) of the Dallas Police Department will host a Kids’ Health and Safety Fair at Lake Highlands High School Saturday, Nov. 16. The event will feature resources from more than 40 local organizations and honor special needs families.
In addition to fun activities like train rides, balloon art and face painting, families will gain access to health and dental screenings, flu shots and mental health services. The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and attendance is free. LHHS is at 9449 Church Road.
