The Arby’s Foundation has donated $162,326.88 to cover all student lunch debt in Richardson ISD schools through Dec. 31, 2023. RISD is just one of 200 districts and schools across the country to receive a portion of the $1 million Arby’s Foundation grant.
Created in 1986, the Arby’s Foundation is the charitable arm of Arby’s Restaurant Group. The foundation focuses on alleviating childhood hunger through the No Kid Hungry campaign, developing student entrepreneurism through the Junior Achievement program, fostering mentorship through Big Brothers Big Sisters and supporting veteran families through the Folds of Honor program.
