The 2024 House of DIFFA theme, Royalty Untamed, was revealed at its Burgers + Burgundy event last Friday.
Burgers + Burgundy is back for its 14th year at The Village Dallas. Prestigious celebrity chefs from right here in our city created their own take on the best slider. The event was presented by Michelin Star chef, John Tesar, and many other celebrity chefs.
The 2023 Style Council Chair Steve Lopez introduced those who make up this years council. Style Council members work to raise funds needed for the organizations philosophy, closing the gap left by a decline in government funding, according to a press release from DIFFA. The council went on to show a video to the crowd which revealed their 2024 theme, House of DIFFA: Royalty Untamed.
The event stands as the kick-off to Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids fundraising season, which will be continuing at their Holiday Wreath Collection on Nov. 16 and ending at their annual gala on April 27.
DIFFA raises funds and grants them to other organizations that fight HIV/AIDS by providing preventative education to those at risk and treatment and direct care to those affected by it.
