Neighborhood brewery Vector Brewing won two Crushie awards at the 2023 Craft Beer Marketing Awards (CBMA).
The brewery won a Gold Crushie for best bottle design for Silent Dreams and a Platinum Crushie for Elegant Maladie. Vector is also the only Dallas brewery featured on this year’s winners list and joins 305 winning brewers for gold, platinum and global awards.
This is the fourth year of the awards, which announced winners during the 2023 Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, TN ceremony streamed on Facebook Live. A charity fundraiser category of the awards (Show Us Your Favorite Tattoo) also raised $6,000 towards the Michael J Jackson Foundation, which funds scholarships for Black, indigenous and people of color within the brewing and distilling trades.
“We were so impressed by the sheer creativity, innovation, and caliber of marketing displayed in entries this year in every category,” said CBMAS Co-Founder Jim McCune in the press release. “More than 600 industry professional judges from around the world had
their work cut out for them this year.”
As a global competition, the awards saw the the second-most wins in the United States come from Texas.
Vector Brewing is located in Lakeridge Village at 9850 Walnut Hill.
