Election Day Voting Locations

Dallas County registered voters are required to cast their ballots at their assigned polling place. The closest voting center to you can be found here.

The locations will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. As long as you are in line by 7 p.m. you will be allowed to vote.

Here are some of the voting centers in our neighborhood.

Free Transportation

Free rides to polling locations are being offered by DART through the GoLink app to those who want to vote but do not have the means of transportation.

Rideshare2Vote is also offering free rides to polling locations. You can request a ride through the ActiVote app or on their website.

Candidates

Several school board and city board seats are up for grabs including councilman Adam McGough who is retiring after eight years on the Dallas City Council, and two Richardson ISD school board seats. (A full report on election candidates can be found here).

Eligibility

You must be registered to vote in order to vote on Election Day. If you are unsure about your voter registration eligibility, you can check your status here.
