A new cafe is coming soon to Lake Highlands in the former Candy Shack Daiquiris space on Abrams Road.
Lake Highlands Cafe will be a breakfast and lunch cafe serving American-style fare, including pancakes, eggs, sandwiches and healthy options. Restaurant owner Ramis Mustafi, who has other breakfast restaurants across Dallas, says they’re also working on the beer and wine permit to serve mimosas.
A Certificate of Occupancy was filed with the City of Dallas on March 13 for operations as a restaurant without drive-thru service. Mustafi says that when Lake Highlands Cafe opens, hours will be 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., seven days a week.
The building is located across the street from Creekside Shopping Center at 6751 Abrams Rd Ste 100.
