Tiny Trekkers, a series of monthly nature explorations for kids and parents, will set foot on Harry S. Moss Park this Friday.
As the ice (hopefully) melts, the trekkers will explore the creek and woods of the park. Starting at 10 a.m, kids will be encouraged to freely explore the environment around them.
Parents and Master Naturalists will join along to support and help the kids learn through discovery and inquiry. The organizers also recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Spots for the Tiny Trekkers event are limited, but tickets can be found here. Each family only needs one free ticket.
