Former Texas Women’s Foundation President A. Shonn Evans Brown has been named a Southern Methodist University(SMU) Distinguished Alumni for 2022.
Brown, who currently holds a position as vice president and deputy chief counsel at Kimberly-Clark, attended several Lake Highlands schools before earning two degrees from SMU.

Four other SMU alumni also received this year’s award, including C.J. “Don” Donally, Jr., John Phelan, Thear Sy Suzuki and Emily K. Graham. More details on the recipients can be found here.
