If you’re looking for more summer entertainment for the kids, Dallas Children’s Theater has a candy-coated production coming up in July.
Dallas Children’s Theater Academy’s All Youth Cast will perform Willy Wonka Jr. from July 15 – 24. The show is based on the classic Roald Dahl children’s book Charlie and The Chocolate Factory published in 1964.
The production includes songs from the 1971 film and follows Charlie Bucket’s journey from scoring a golden ticket to his trip through Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.
Tickets are $15 and $20 and can be purchased here.
