Corny jokes, high-waisted jeans and socks-with-sandals aside, no one is quite like Dear Old Dad. He can convince us to shake off a skinned knee. He can motivate us to try new foods and new adventures. Heck, some can even catch a baseball while feeding a baby.
If you think your dad is all that and a bag of chips, nominate him for YMCA Father of the Year. The winner will be honored at the Lake Highlands Y along with an association-wide celebration of family fun.
