If you’ve got a golden ticket to Friday’s rematch between the Wildcat boys’ basketball team, ranked ninth in the state, and the top-ranked Richardson Eagles, hold on tight. The game is sold out and expected to attract basketball lovers and college scouts from all over the country.

Lake Highlands sophomore Tre Johnson leads district with his average 23.3 points per game, but Alabama commit Rylan Griffen and Kentucky-bound Cason Wallace from Richardson aren’t far behind with 20.9 and 19.2 respectively. Richardson won the teams’ January matchup 85-78, and the talented Wildcat team is aching to show they can hang with the best in Texas.

If you can’t get a ticket, you can still support the Wildcats. Playoff t-shirts are now available in all sizes for purchase online here. Playoffs begin after the last game of the season Feb. 15. Go Cats!
